Why women will never out achieve men in society
Just reading the title - right off you will think I am a male chauvinist pig. Wrong! I am taking into account my life experiences- a witness to what I have seen and through that prism- women will never out achieve men in society. Sure you can point to any individual woman and say this person did well or you can say look at many women that have out achieved me (the person writing this). Well- there are people that started out with greater advantages and some that may have greater drive, smarter, unique abilities. However- on the whole women will never out achieve men in society.

Women have had educational equality to men now for more than a generation. In fact- many believe that women have an advantage- over men because they can use their sexuality to take advantage of men. Two things potent for success are brains and good looks. Combine the two and you will go far. However- despite this... there are very few women business owners compared to men. Female CEOs running major U.S. corporations grew from 9 to a record 12 in 2007. That is only 2.4%. Please note that women make up 50% of the population...

Recently- in the 100-member U.S. Senate, the number of women elected rose to 17 — one more than the 16 serving in the current Congress. In the 435-member U.S. House, 74 women have been elected, an increase of three from the current Congress. That is 17% for both.

Why will women never out achieve men in society? Have you ever known a women that has to be in a relationship? Now ask yourself - have you ever known a man that always has to be in a relationship? What are the percentages of each? I have found that there is a greater majority of women that need to always be in a relationship than men that need to be in a relationship. Is it a stigma of society, that creates this within a woman or something innate? I do not know- but I do know that the majority of women need a man to feel complete. When a woman gets engaged- look at her excitement. Is the excitement the same for men? And lets be honest-men look at sex differently than women. Why do men frequent strip clubs and prostitutes? Part is excitement- but also to satisfy their sexual desires without having to give the time involved in a relationship.

What is a major characteristic of a relationship? Time commitment... talking on the phone, shopping together, watching movies, time spent doing nothing together. Sure there are times that you talk about serious matters or do things that are really important and enjoyable- but... mostly not.

I have a friend that built a gingerbread house one night with his girlfriend... what man in going to do this on his own?

I am not suggesting that relationships are wasted time- but when you must have someone in your life just to have someone... you are wasting time!

I will tell you this... women are smarter, more efficient and have better hearts than men... However- the majority of even the most educated, smart and driven women- need a man in their life. You will say it takes two.. well- the majority of men that have to have a women in their life- are not the successful ones.

I can tell you that the number women I have met in life that have to be in a relationship is about 70%. For men- it is the exact the opposite and that is the reason that women will never out achieve men in society. And that is also the standard... women will never compose more than 35% of any successful position in society that men want.
