The Book of Hosea
Hosea mean salvation. It is the first book of the twelve minor prophets. Hosea was a prophet who married an unfaithful wife. He forgave his wife for her sins and redeemed her when she lived in poverty and disgrace. Just as Hosea forgave his wife, God forgives us. Hosea urges us to return to God so He may show mercy and forgiveness.
