secretary nominee - the Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Public
Schools- the majority of Chicago public schools failed to meet standards
of no child left behind, Eric H. Holder Jr the nominee for attorney general
was involved in the Marc Rich pardon and the clemency for Puerto Rican
terrorists bombers.

Obama's first executive orders were to shut Guantanamo and the CIA Prisons overseas. Another was in reference to Presidential records. Former presidents face limits in their ability to block the release of sensitive records of their time in the White House under the order. This was done to open up the Bush Administration to examination and criminal prosecution.

It is passed with no support by Republicans in the House and only three Republicans supporting it in the Senate. Not one member of Congress reads the bill before it is passed. Although - Obama says the bill must be pass immediately- he takes off for his second vacation after being elected and does not sign the bill for 3 more days.
