If you had the opportunity to help a newborn baby would you...... or would you deny a newborn medical treatment and allow the baby to die? Pause and ask yourself that question. Who in this world would not help a newborn or vote against a law that would give medical treatment to save the life of a helpless newborn baby? The answer .... Barack Obama! Barack Obama says he is a Christian- but voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. The Born Alive Infant Protection Act requires medical treatment to an infant born alive after a failed attempt at induced abortion so the baby would not be left to die. President Bush signed this into law in 2002..... http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2002/08/20020805-6.html "Today I sign the Born Alive Infants Protection Act.
This important legislation ensures that every infant born alive -- including
an infant who survives an abortion procedure -- is considered a person
under federal law." However- Barack Obama voted against all versions of the law as a member of the Illinois legislature. Don't believe me- you decide? Here is the story and if you watch the video you will see Obama try to defend himself..... The story at the end of the video is pretty disturbing.... http://www.cbn.com/cbnnews/446184.aspx Now read the title of this e-mail again! Well - you do have that opportunity... make sure Barack Obama is not elected president and you can protect the lives of the newly born in the future!
Some Biblical quotes regarding protecting the most defenseless.... "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for
the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend
the rights of the poor and needy." "Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to strike down an innocent
person. And all the people shall say, Amen.” "Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering
toward slaughter. If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not
he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who who guards your life
know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?"
"How long will you defend the unjust and show partiality
to the wicked? Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the
rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them
from the hand of the wicked. They know nothing, they understand nothing.
They walk about in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken."
This is what the LORD says: Do what is just and right. Rescue
from the hand of his oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong
or violence to the alien, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed
innocent blood in this place. For if you are careful to carry out these
commands, then kings who sit on David's throne will come through the gates
of this palace, riding in chariots and on horses, accompanied by their
officials and their people. But if you do not obey these commands, declares
the LORD, I swear by myself that this palace will become a ruin.' "
